One Inc reviews

We do care about our teammates. Our key value is #risetogether. We have raised customer service rates twice out of pay cycle in the last four years, and recently began more heavily shifting the burden of healthcare for most of our operational teammates more towards the company. With that all said, we are reviewing all employee pay vs. standard ("job architecture") and will make be making changes where it makes the most sense.
