2yThank you for your review. We are building a multi-unicorn inbound - outbound category killer in a very complex market - and sometimes need to move very quickly - does create interesting challenges!
We have been continually addressing engineering compensation and benefits in Mexico, including now equity for all employees. I will discuss further with the team.
