      - 401k (tricky matching) - Work environment - Flexible schedule - Partly covered insurance - PTO - Snacks

      Cons

      - Insurance costs are not fully covered - 401k math works only after a few years - 401k provider has huge expense ratio - Open space environment (usually packed cubicles)
