10yThank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. We are working hard to create a positive company culture where people feel valued and have the resources they need to succeed. Internal communication is an area we’re constantly working to improve on. We have many ideas in this area that we’ll continue to push forward with.
I want to directly address your comment about our benefits. I’m sorry that, beyond our vision plan, you didn’t find our benefits plan to be generous. We do offer health benefits that include majority employer contributions to health, dental, and vision in addition to retirement contribution benefits. We always listen to feedback on our benefits package, however, so thank you for your thoughts.
