Pros

The pay is good, and the staff is very friendly. Light hours and nobody works past 5 or on the weekends. They are starting to bring in young, sharp talent to balance some of their more legacy employees

Cons

Management's vision and strategies havent always been communicated clearly. This has led to poor execution company-wide. There are potentialy too many managers and not enough doers
