Cons

Pay did not match workloads. Short staffed, high turnover, high demand in completing workloads no matter how many hours at took, meeting expectations out-weighed work-life balance even though told the opposite.

Free food and parties. Some people are nice.

Cons

Managers are condescending and rude. No potential for growth. Many long time employees left or were let go for wrong reasons. Longevity and hard work doesn't mean anything.
