Pros

Over the course of my time with One Source Communications I had great opportunities for growth and advancement. The company has great benefits and a great PTO policy. Also, with the addition of the new work space there is now a full gym, family room, and multipurpose room available for use. The company is great at fostering buy-in from employees and they also demand a high level of productivity. Like any job, worth having, One Source allows you to determine your role and advancement within the company depending on the work you are willing to put in. However, the greatest Pro I can offer is that when I started in late 2009 I was a stranger and when I left at the start of 2015 I counted my coworkers as family. Kudos to One Source for a job well done.

Cons

Due to the nature of our business model sometimes the compensation piece can lag. This has led to times of waiting and frustration but I do commend the company for sticking to their guns and not having to lay anyone off over the past few years. Also, there are those who are more than willing to abuse the grace that is offered by management at One Source. This has led to people intentionally being lenient in their pursuit of individual excellence because they know they can be forgiven and someone else will pick up the slack.

Pros

I really enjoy being a part of the One Source Family. I have seen the company more than double since I've been here. There is now plenty of work space, with the new building being added. Being employed at One Source you are in a great location, the out skirts of the city, with a lot of amenities with-in walking distance. It is a unique feeling to work with a whole team that cares about you not just what you do at work but in your personal life, that is hard to find. One Source offers great benefits, PTO/ sick leave/ Holidays, Insurance, GYM, our own ZUMBA instructor (no charge), team activities and plenty more perks. I will have to say if you have a servant heart and willing to pull your part, One Source is a great place to be employed. Respect is plentiful.

Cons

I have seen a change in the culture here at One Source that is due to the growth of the company and some former employees taking advantage of the vast amount of flexibility/grace offered at one time. There is still a lot of flexibility and grace, just a little more structured from where we use to be.
