I have been employed at One Source for almost two years and didn't think it was possible to enjoy going to work everyday, but I have found this at One Source. The office feels like a family which is a great benefit to the workplace. Hard work and dedication to the job is acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons

One Source is growing! I would like for more people to know how awesome the company is and the benefits that go along with working here.

Great Corporate Culture, Flawed Compensation Practices Make for Mediocre Experience

Pros

Corporate Culture here is huge. Very friendly, nice professional people populate the office, all of whom have an earnest desire to connect with each other and earn a living.

Cons

I left because the compensation structure was fatally flawed. Base pay is exceptionally low but you join because you want to work your way up. When you do get a long-hailed and long-awaited raise, you're surprised when your boss tells you it's only 25 CENTS more, maybe 50 CENTS. It's an extremely disappointing practice that has caused and is still causing much good talent to leave. A company relies not mostly on senior management but the people who handle a multitude of smaller tasks like dealing with clients daily.

Pros

One Source Communications has wonderful people and an awesome family-like work culture. It has grown rapidly over the past few years but has an owner who is actively involved in the business and really cares about people. People, in turn, really care about each other, their work and about providing excellent service. It really is a great place to work!

Cons

There aren't a lot of cons ... because the company is growing quickly, it is changing quickly so there are always opportunities to refine processes, learn new technology and make things better. It is pretty fun to be a part of the challenge to do those things successfully. Because the company is relatively small, anyone with a good idea has a chance to be heard and make a difference.
