Pros
Corporate Culture here is huge. Very friendly, nice professional people populate the office, all of whom have an earnest desire to connect with each other and earn a living.
Cons
I left because the compensation structure was fatally flawed. Base pay is exceptionally low but you join because you want to work your way up. When you do get a long-hailed and long-awaited raise, you're surprised when your boss tells you it's only 25 CENTS more, maybe 50 CENTS. It's an extremely disappointing practice that has caused and is still causing much good talent to leave. A company relies not mostly on senior management but the people who handle a multitude of smaller tasks like dealing with clients daily.
