      Pros

      Some of the people are fantastic to work with. Some remote work options.

      Cons

      No leadership or company direction. Strategy pivots every month. Unwilling to pay for top talent so they're all leaving.

      Pros

      Great medical benefits and flexible if you have to work remote.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, you cannot support a family off of 14 25. No actual room for growth as it takes at least 2-3 years to get promoted IF you get promoted as I had colleagues that was there for years with no promotion.

      Company culture is great, benefits are pretty solid, management isn't over your shoulder

      Cons

      Medical health insurance for the whole family is pretty expensive, not many BIPoC, base salary seems lower than other firms, many of the positions could be remote
