      Pros

      The company does a lot of tangible good helping the community. The Las Vegas economy definitely benefits from having OV around.

      Cons

      A lot of the people in charge are a bit racist. Their recent correspondence dinner left a bad taste in my mouth after some comments regarding Ferguson.
