      I enjoyed the clients and some of the staff were great.

      Cons

      They want you to have to many assignments for one person to keep up with. Salary pay is low.

      Pros

      You get to make a difference and get swept up in the clients' enthusiasm. It's a job that will put a smile on your face every day! If you make it past 90 days, you will be okay.

      Cons

      Little to no support from leadership. Chances are you will be blind sided by being let go just before you hit 90 days, without being coached or guided as to what you can do to keep your job.
