Pros

The kids were amazing, the hours were very short and split between snack time. Tutoring math before snack time and reading after or vise versa.

Cons

The pay is not livable whatsoever $10 for 4 hours a day only Monday - Thursday

I received support from day one to your last day of work. Great company culture. Work hard play hard attitude. This is a company where you can grow and take responsibility.

Cons

I worked in Riverside County and my management was in Florida. The time difference could be a little difficult in terms of communication.
