Pros

You are doing good for the medical community.

Cons

There is a lack of career growth. There is disparity in pay in relations to the market, and being a nonprofit is not an excuse. Gender and minority pay gaps. Management lacks experience when it comes to leadership . The result is low employee morale, work life balance, and engagement. Insensitive to disabled post 911 veterans and their request for accommodations.

Pros

Pay isn't awful. If you can work in the branch then it isn't that bad. And it's an easy job to learn.

Cons

Mobiles work literally every weekend. And sometimes you're lucky to get a break. They tell us we have to buy when there's only 2 of you or even 3 on a very busy drive you just want to get the job done and just can't take a break.

Competitive pay 401 k match

Cons

They want more with less. They create a new position and promise more office time to get account work done but in the end you get very little time in the office and you are a recruiter plus your current position. No set schedule. Constant issues with mobiles Management just emails issues. They don't come out and take care of problems No training for recruitment at all
