In reality retention and other factors come in it leaves you with no time to even check what youre making. youre playing this game of i hope they dont change. All about the next sale. and that means morale sales too. meaning it is all about a fopreformaod card even though entire medical costs for the beneficiary would skyrocket. they have become a money hungry brokerage. preform you can get all the free time and favortism.. have a bad week or two then youre the problem. but welcome to corporate

This job is one of the worst jobs I've ever had. You are constantly being watched and get yelled at every five minutes if you're not on a call. If this is your only job you have heard back from, don't waste your time interviewing for it because it may seem okay from the outside but every single person hates their life working there. Management makes everyone lives miserable. Don't work here!
