      Amazing teamwork - the team members are eager and quick to assist others Opportunities to learn - You can ask to be part of projects to increase your skills/knowledge

      Hired as PT, so no benefits. It is possible to get promoted to FT, but it takes time.

      I don't have anything positive to say about this organization.

      Cons

      Its owned by a private equity firm so they don't care about their employees. Benefits sucked. Medical was a referenced based priced plan which means you will have to rely on a third party to negotiate your bills. If they aren't successful you could be ballance billed or see a lawsuit. Manager was unavailable and constanty gaslighting. Totally unrealistic workload. Don't buy into their hype, stay far away. There's way too many other jobs out there to work for this failing organization.

      We are so sorry that you didn't a positive experience in your time at OneDigital. I'd like to address your comments about our benefits plan. OneDigital does offer a progressive option for healthcare in the manner of Reference Based Pricing, however, this is only one of the many options we give our employees. We have 2 traditional POS plans as well as 2 High-Deductible HSA eligible plans all on the Aetna network - and the company contributes funds each pay period to the employee's HSA for those enrolled. As for the comments on your manager, I hope that you used the tools we have available to provide constructive feedback. We highly value the input of every member of our team and use this as guidance to build stronger and more engaged teams. Sounds like OneDigital wasn't the place for you but we wish you well in your future endeavors. Thank you for your input.
