Pros

Growth, culture in some offices is good. We celebrate the holidays, birthdays and anniversaries which is appreciated and makes employees feel valued.

Cons

Low pay, poor training and lack of support. Every department varies depending on leadership. HR doesn’t care to notice that cause they’re too focused on other clients and revenue.
