a) Niche technology on which we are working b) Leaders in Hybris and other eCom technologies c) Preferred partners for many OEMs d) No variable pay and everything is fixed
Cons
Well, I don't know whether it will come under cons or not. I am fully occupied with work and no break between project to project. My friends in other companies claim bench period or break of at least two months while moving to their next projects. Those who want to be occupied and lean new things, this is an advantage.
