      Pros

      - Great people and culture. Everyone is generally very friendly, helpful, and great to work with. - Work / life balance is good compared to past jobs. They really seem to understand that family and life outside work is valuable to nurture, and leads to happier and more productive employees. - Unlimited PTO for salaried employees. - Availability to work remotely for most positions if you want/need to. - Most of the management are genuinely nice people who care about their employees. - Nice office (Corporate location)

      Cons

      - The benefits could be better... not super great and expensive. - The company is growing which is good, but there are definitely growing pains that they are still figuring out.

      OneDigital supports an entrepreneurial spirit within a national organizational structure. The leadership walks the talk. They want employees to search for the best solutions for the customer and to be bold in supporting colleagues and customers.
