Fast paced, collaborative and professional. The culture flows from the top down to create a genuine atmosphere that radiates teamwork and shared success.

Cons

Ironically the health benefits could be richer.

PTO is unlimited and great if you are FT exempt, otherwise you are screwed

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your time at OneDigital. Our "Take it as you need it" PTO policy for exempt employees is definitely a great perk. Because we cannot legally offer the same PTO structure to non-exempt employees, we have tried very hard to be extremely generous to this group with structured PTO as well. With regard to your comments about management, we understand that most employees who choose to leave an organization do so because of their manager, not because of the company. For that reason, OneDigital continues to invest in helping our managers become great leaders. We are sorry that was not your experience.
