      Good work-life balance but not a place for growth

      Pros

      If you have kids and just want to do enough work to go by, this is the perfect place for you. No one work after 5pm. Flexible working hours and work from home. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      If you are in the stage of career growth and self development, stay away. Too many managers, and too less people who actually work.

      Flexibility, Remote work, Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      I was told when hired that there would be bonuses, I've yet to receive one. The field offices are like the stop children of the corporate office and you'd think when an office has 300%+ turnover in 5 years, the corporate office would investigate and LISTEN to what's happening. There's no room to advance unless you want to be an Account Manager and work 16 hour days. Very low pay compared to other companies and more work put on your plate daily. VERY expensive benefits and low 401k match.

      OneDigital has grown so much - one great thing about that is the opportunity for career growth and advancement. OneDigital values their employees and provides career training and opportunity. This is a very happy, positive place to work with a sincerely unique culture. OneDigital management is involved, the CEO is kind and genuine, and we adhere to our value drivers.

      Cons

      The benefits are on the expensive side.
