      Pros

      If you have kids and just want to do enough work to go by, this is the perfect place for you. No one work after 5pm. Flexible working hours and work from home. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      If you are in the stage of career growth and self development, stay away. Too many managers, and too less people who actually work.

      Pros

      Lots of tools and resources to use for clients, but hard to distinguish where to get them and how to use them. The corporate structure seems strong, but the field offices seem out of sync. The opportunity for growth as a field office is endless with the resources from the corporate home office.

      Cons

      The field offices need to have strong leadership, management and infrastructure to harness the growth opportunities.

      Ability to work from home on occasion.

      Cons

      Compensation analysis is needed. Pay rate is low for operations teams, while cost of benefits is too high for a firm in the business of benefits.
