Nepotism, poor pay, lack of diversity

I was told when hired that there would be bonuses, I've yet to receive one. The field offices are like the stop children of the corporate office and you'd think when an office has 300%+ turnover in 5 years, the corporate office would investigate and LISTEN to what's happening. There's no room to advance unless you want to be an Account Manager and work 16 hour days. Very low pay compared to other companies and more work put on your plate daily. VERY expensive benefits and low 401k match.
