      Fantastic executive leadership, clear vision and direction. Very interested in the success of people and the organization.

      Cons

      No real cons just an organization that is in growth mode and managing that growth is a challenge not a con.

      Pros

      Company culture is more than happy hours and fun events. Here it's about flexibility with work hours, time off for family time and keeping each other motivated and inspired.

      Cons

      With 1000 employees, it's hard to have deep communication with best practices across the country.

      Pros

      Wok from home, reimbursement of miles.

      Cons

      They have no resources or systems in place to allow consultants to do their work efficiently. They say they do but this is not the case. Expected to do all renewals from start to finish in only a couple weeks time and without the actual renewals in hand. I had very high hope for this position as they made it sound great but non of it was reality.
