I actually have great confidence in our management team and attribute much of our success to their knowledge and leadership within their teams. On the “pros” side, I’m glad to see that our flexible work schedules and social events have provided a positive aspect to your time here at Digital. We’ve had extraordinary growth over the last 10 years and it’s important to me and other managers in the company that we create a company where people are valued and feel empowered to succeed and grow. I’m disappointed that these efforts have not impacted you positively. I believe that things like our leadership development program and talent management processes help teach our leaders (both inside and outside management) to be the best they can be.
