Worked for Digital for over 10 years, what an outstanding place to be. like any company, the workplace is about a fit and attitude. If the work place is a fit for you and you have a professional and positive attitude about your job, then everything is great. Company Flexibility is outstanding. On Paydays, the company caters in breakfast for everyone. Just to say Thank You!

Cons

Well, after 10+ years it is a little difficult to figure out anything that stands out negative. I think for me what I completely dislike is the individualism that has sometimes appeared over the years and not a team effort. However, these types of personalities rarely last. And, never did.

could not imagine life anywhere else. This company offers great benefits and truly cares about their employees well-being. There is lots of room to grow either within your position or a different department if you work hard towards your goal. There are two many pro's to name but a few of them definitely are: Family environment -Great culture -No micro management

Cons

Busy season is November - February so be prepared to work as hard as you need to to get it all done. Only for this particular department, but we know we word hard and are happy to do it with our new director - she is the best.

Flexible, entrepreneurial atmosphere with corporate support. Great team and fun rewarding position. Keys were attention to detail, and coordination of the group that lead to success. Personal success directly translated to increased income.

Cons

Requires dedication to a sales culture. Required sales each year to grow block of business and office. Complicated and evolving industry and products with much competition.
