Pros

Good work life balance, and working in Willis Tower is cool.

Cons

Probably the most horrible management I have ever experienced. The program managers (above the managers) try to get you to scam people and then you get in trouble if you do. They are not good people. The job is supposed to be helping people get better coverage, but because the program managers only care about money, they push you to scam people.

They hire a lot for AEP and don’t tell people they’ll be working 6 days a week all 10 hour shifts and no commision until 3 months later.

Weekends off, and it’s 8-5 kinda job.

Cons

AEP is the worst when it comes to how they micromanage you. They have standards that are so high and not achievable. I’ve been told by several managers and even employees who have been there multiple years that it’s not worth it.
