Pros
Payday breakfast, benefits, pto. The company is great overall. They have come a long way to make employees happy and enjoy their job.
Cons
In certain departments you are treated like children, you don't get to experience the company payday breakfast without being told you were gone too long or you can go when no one else is there to socialize with, the whole point of it. Your every little action is questioned, you can't even go to the bathroom without being asked why you were in there over 5 minutes. There are control issues and now the department is terrified to speak up.
