      IT leader continues to promote stretch & low pay

      remote work is available if you live outside of Atlanta, but your pay will suffer.

      constant bragging from VPs who are disconnected from reality no career growth no carerr opportunities micromanaging leaders unpaid extra non-role related duties high turnover minimal or no training

      Everyone is right of college and you can make friends, being at sears tower is cool

      I ignored all of these negative reviews before starting here because I thought that the only reviews on here are always negative. Everything everyone said on here was true. First of all this company scams old people and messes with their health care, they want you to lie to them just to get sales. The work is terrible you’re mostly just getting screamed at by the elderly all day. Second, the management is absolutely horrendous, the lack of transparency during the hiring process was insane. You find out so many things that are unfair to employees right before they happen. Not to mention you’re basically required to work overtime for 3 months and every Saturday just to make any money and you won’t get paid on it for months after. And if you have any questions or concerns don’t bother asking because no one will answer, went to HR one day and she literally asked me “what would you like me to do?” Like I was supposed to have an answer for her about fixing all the lies within the company. They also micromanage you and you have to use personal time to go to the bathroom and if you are 30 seconds late you will get in trouble. I would not ignore all these reviews if you’re looking to start there.
