      Unlimited PTO and cool coworkers

      Cons

      No interest in others career growth if you’re in sales, objective is to make money for the org and then as you do base salary drops and you stop being able to make a livable wage.

      Kind of misleading

      Office is in Willis Tower

      Cons

      Commuter benfits are nonexistent, monthly "bonuses" are withheld for many months after October. They tell you it is inbound calls doing ten a day when in reality it is mostly outbound doing 75+ calls a day. Extremely high turnover with them bringing in new classes of people weekly to train how to pass the exam rather than learn every facet of insurance. At least half your class of people will leave within the first two weeks.

      Chicago office Terrible!

      None really, the managers are incompetent

      Cons

      The man in this office are really disturbing, this is probably one of the worst jobs folks have ever had, we have a lot of turn and burn, and even though I am a leader at this establishment, I can see all the flaws in this position and in this company.
