The company culture is what sets us apart - culture isn't just a word its the way we interact and how we make decisions. Our "We've Got Your Back" motto is truly from the very top with Adam Bruckman, CEO down to the local office peers/colleagues. The fast growth has provided opportunities in my career that might not have otherwise presented themselves.

Cons

Fast growth is challenging as you are living in a world of constant change. Challenge brings opportunity but for a person adverse to change it would be especially challenging.

Pros

Very supportive work culture. There's also lots of opportunities for collaboration and getting trained to learn new things. They clearly invest in their people and it shows. Benefits are great too.

Cons

Lack of structure in early training. There's too much room for figuring it out on your own where it doesn't help anyone. The compensation for trails and commissions is challenging to build a sustainable life with.
