      -Incredible people, lots of support -Company cares about keeping up with new tech -Opportunity for advancement -Good benefits -Hybrid work life I have been with OneDigital just shy of a year, but I do not see myself leaving in the future. I have met some industry experts who are also just good human beings, and have felt like I have every resource imaginable to be successful and grow my career. It's refreshing to work in a culture that actually stands by their values, and I feel like I have a lot of balance with my hybrid schedule. The work is dynamic, which can be fast-paced and challenging at times, but for people who are driven to succeed this is the place to do it.

      Endless cons. Micro management - can only leave your desk a tracked 30 mins a day. They listen into every single call tell you what to say. You’re not in marketing or sales: you’re an insurance agent. You don’t feel like a person you feel like a robot
