      - Good starting salary if you can negotiate - Coworkers are friendly - Hybrid work schedule - Free drinks and snacks in office

      Cons

      - For a broker of employee benefits, the medical benefits offered are mid at best - Regular meeting with manager lead you to think everything is great. Then you are unexpectedly laid off - Not very racially diverse

      Flexibility in work schedule to allow for appointments in personal obligations

      Cons

      No work life balance! You are forced to work an insane number of hours due to unrealistic expectations. Very poor local management. Management is clicky like high school and promotions often aren’t work performance based. If you make your manager look good, you will be treated well. If you are an average employee, you will be treated like you don’t exist. If you make a mistake for a losing account and it’s not your fault, your manager will make it your fault to make you look bad and deflect. Unhealthy work environment!
