4yWe are so sorry that you didn't a positive experience in your time at OneDigital. I'd like to address your comments about our benefits plan. OneDigital does offer a progressive option for healthcare in the manner of Reference Based Pricing, however, this is only one of the many options we give our employees. We have 2 traditional POS plans as well as 2 High-Deductible HSA eligible plans all on the Aetna network - and the company contributes funds each pay period to the employee's HSA for those enrolled.
As for the comments on your manager, I hope that you used the tools we have available to provide constructive feedback. We highly value the input of every member of our team and use this as guidance to build stronger and more engaged teams.
