      Pros

      Nationally known company. Lots of employees to network with. Good place to work if you work well with technology and can keep up.

      Cons

      Grown too quickly and not able to keep up with support staff. Better pay for support staff would encourage employees to stay. New hire training could be improved as well as reducing the number of mandatory meetings.

      Following the Letter, Not the Spirit

      - The people you meet there are great - You get what you put in -Decent entry level sales -Nice office in the Sears Tower -Pay for your licensing -Inbound calls for the most part

      Cons

      Textbook churn and burn. Makes you feel like you're scamming the elderly, even if you're "going by the book", which just isn't great for the mental or morals. Incredibly micromanaged, little freedom, and your time is watched to the second. Culture surrounding the sales is toxic, and there are so many different conflicting expectations, whether its number of sales, availability, time, etc. Nicest way to put it, is that this place is a stepping stone for other opportunities.
