Leadership Poor communication Constant organizational shifts Decide to do a massive company change rather than finding the root cause of issues and just work on them directly or addressing the problem areas/people directly. High turnover rate because they offer too high at hire and as soon as there is financial trouble they lay off. Need better financial projecting.

Great Technology offerings for the commercial insurance industry.

Cons

Everything is technology based. You are on boarded with videos, when you ask for help, you are sent a video, when you wanna ask a question, you are sent a video. Problem with videos as you can't ask them questions. Overly micromanaging management in offices. Lack of solid sales people to work with in Denver. Lots of turnover. If you are not overly liberal, this is not the place for you. They will use you for whatever they can whenever they can. They have no morals or values, and you will never be treated like a human being. Being.

There's no pros besides it is very difficult to get fired even if you suck.

Cons

You feel like you're getting micromanaged all day constantly getting messages no matter who is actually your boss. You have to take personal time (you get 30 mins per day) just to use the restroom. So if you want to work for a company that makes you feel like a child asking to get up from your desk this is the job for you.
