Mentally draining. Cold calling elderly people who do not want to talk to you, and for good reason. You get paid based on getting someone to change their insurance plan, regardless of whether or not it's a better fit for them. Employees encouraged to get people to change their plan at any cost. Ethically and emotionally draining.

Field Offices do NOT have the same culture as corporate. Management was concerned about their bottom line and not morale. There is no where to go in the organization. They hire outside of the organization instead of promoting from within. The pay was not great and the benefits were very expensive. There was lots of drama and a large workload. The resources that were available were hard to find and there was no training for new hires.
