      Pros

      Welcoming environment that encourages independence, responsibility, and accountability. From what I know, this is not the type of role where people are micromanaged. The starting pay was awesome for me. I have my Life & Health license & 6 years of experience in the role I was hired for so the experience may have helped with my starting pay too. They also have a nice benefits package.

      Cons

      I’m brand new with the company so none that I know of yet. So far my experience has been great.

      Pros

      There aren’t many pros to this company, I’d say the only one is that it’s filled with people out of college so if you are also straight out of college, you will most likely make friends.

      Cons

      Everything. The managers are so young because of how horrible the retention rate is, micromanaging is insane, and the face we sat in the office for 3 weeks straight doing nothing before aep when it could’ve been a work from home opportunity.
