      Pros

      Highly ambitious company with lots of challenges, opportunity and avenues for growth. All ideas can be discussed and if valid - implemented. Initiative is recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

      As with any growth company there have been some growing pains around processes and procedures which seem to be being addressed.

      Pros

      At OneDome you will get involved in projects with huge potential, and join a team with a shared vision. There is no such thing as a bad idea, and everyone in the company adds value on a daily basis.

      Cons

      This is not a place for people who don't like getting their hands dirty, or have limited ideas and ambition. Not really a 'con' IMO!

      Pros

      Very excited to be working on something that could become massive. Like Amazon massive. It's also great to be involved in anything, from marketing, strategy to customer support, even though my role is different.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit chaotic, but it has it's charm.
