Irresponsible/risky lending, unreasonable goals, unfair accountability (you will be held accountable for things that are completely beyond your control, goals are the same whether you're fully staffed or short staffed, your success will be quickly forgotten about, poor leadership - ineffective coaching from higher levels, leaders that have never done the duties that are being requested will tell you how easy it should be to do them, there is a large disconnect between leaders and front line employees. I wouldn't recommend to anyone until someone that is there tells me that they have fixed their shortcomings. This place will stress you to death, literally.
