Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work you do on a daily basis. Management!!! Policies and how they enforce them (hypocrites) Don't care about employee health or safety. They say “customer choice” for insurances and “optional products” but condemn you when customers dont take it. They don't like when you take vacation or use your pto unless it’s convenient for them. Disrespectful upper management. HR’s nightmare!!! Talk about politics, racism and make all types of rude and crazy remarks about customers and others in general. A very immature work place. Rumors of layoffs within the company as well as the company closing down due to the economy and market. STAY AWAY!!!

Great atmosphere but screwed over

Pros

Branch Managers are amazing along with co workers. Great work life balance. Lots of contests and communication.

Cons

Came in one day and said they were closing the branch and gave less than 24 hours for employees to either transfer to a further branch or resign employment. Closed 3 days later.
