Vacation Time and Benefits are good.

Cons

Lack of branch control over the quality of loans that are booked in the branch and yet the branch is 100% responsible for the collections of those loans. Most of variable comp(commissions) are based collections.

Collection duties are part of the primary duties for individuals including branch and call center staff members. It is important that OneMain protects its loan portfolio and collects on accounts that have become delinquent.
