      Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear you had a less than positive experience with OneMain. Collection duties are part of the primary duties for individuals including branch and call center staff members. It is important that OneMain protects its loan portfolio and collects on accounts that have become delinquent.       Poor management... They don't help you get ahead and lie about moving up the ladder.
