Ok pay . Good vacation time. Commission was good but it change. Insurance is ok. Profit sharing is fair they can do better for such a big company with high rates

Cons

Where can I start. Branch Management sits back on cell phone doing nothing all day hiding behind the computers while other handle everthing. No motivation You get penalized on your bonus because not everyone collects the delinquency and no help from Management. No opportunity to move up especially to a BM they already have those picked your good numbers don't matter!
