      GROWTH: This company has a lot of room to grow within. Starting at an entry level position, you can go anywhere from there. SUPPORT SYSTEM: The support that has been given is unmatched. It started as soon as I walked through the doors on my first day. The support comes from everywhere within the company, not only in just the office, but also from the higher management positions as well. TRAINING: The training that the company offers is great. It really helps you adapt into the company at a great pace. You are able to use what you learned in training and apply it into the actual work you will do. INCENTIVES AND BENEFITS: The incentives and benefits that are available to you here at OneMain are great. The possible incentives really helps you to stay motivated to reach your target. The benefits that you are able to choose from can help you and your family.
