      the job is easy to learn. involved in multiple facets of the finance industry

      Cons

      compensation is lackluster, not much opportunity for advancement, focus is almost exclusively on results instead of talent and potential. Often times, an individual's sales goals performance is determined by factors that are completely beyond his/her control: location, demographics, application flow, etc.
