great place if you want to work with a lot of cross-functional teams with subject matter expertise in their respective fields.

Cons

too much micromanagement, top level leadership is a mess. always competing priorities and lack of clear direction.

Pros

My individual branch leadership is hands off (almost too much). Don't need to worry about micro mgmt. District mgr is very good, pitches in right along side us. Leads by example. Won't ask anything not willing to do themselves.

Cons

Base salary is crazy low. Incentives make in more in line for sales. But incentives are linked atogether collection goals too. So you can sell all month, surpass goals, and make no bonus if branch doesn't make delinquency goal. Very convenient loophole to not pay sales bonus incentives. Serious sales people are going to want to be paid for each loan they sell. Each loan makes $$ for company.
