Management at the district level and above is a joke. Open and close branches like you change underwear. Long end of month hours. Sometimes unrealistic goals to bonus.

Pros

Competitive, fast paced, flexible, technology driven and always trying to improve efficiency at every level. The base pay is good if you’re good. Training is solid. Great network of people that excel that can help show you the way. Vacation time is very good. Benefits are good. The opportunity to move up quickly is here, especially if you’re mobile.

Cons

If you’re looking for an easy pay check it’s not the company for you. There is a ton of demand. It’s busy and fast paced. but if you manage your time you can excel. If you don’t want to learn how to excel at underwriting, selling, servicing and collecting then this isn’t the job for you.
