High stress environment You must like a constant changing environment You have to be able to retain massive amounts of information, their system won't do the work for you!! You feel like you can never take time off. (bonus is built off performance and if your not there you can't perform) Can't take off 1st of the month, It's the 1st, can't take off middle of the month, that's when the call volume is high, can't take off the end, that's the end of the month and we MUST hit our numbers to bonus and make half decent money...
