      Pros

      Flexibility and Benefits are wonderful. For supervisors pay is only good if 65 % or more of your team members hit bonus at bronze or better.

      Cons

      The salary and hourly rates are not competitive and they don’t give good performance raises at end of year reviews. Also there is a lot of favoritism there. Seems like people that actually work hard, know the policies and procedures are under valued compared to those that suck up and fake it till they make it. There is also a lot of backstabbing for people to gain position in the company.

      I made great money with the company

      Cons

      DDO over the District Lithonia,Georgia was not good leader. I also was a witness to him treating African American's in management as well as Sales Representatives very harshly. I was treated horribly here. I had the worst experience under his leadership. More so here than any workspace ever. I made a complaint with Human Resources. It was also a very demanding job. I had no work life balance.
